A. Shipping information
As standard, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped by DPD, UPS, DHL or by freight carrier. The shipping costs incurred are stated in the table below.
Should you wish to be sent to another country, please write us an before ordering by E-Mail (info@r-dental.com) and please tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip number. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and – if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible – communicate to you the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about shipping options and costs.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we deliver ex works (EXW) in accordance with INCOTERMS 2010.
I. Shipping within Germany
Our shipping costs for deliveries without a trade discount are price-dependent:
The minimum order value is net € 25,00. The minimum quantity surcharge is net € 15,00.
Up to a net value of € 149,99 the shipping costs are € 7,50 net.
From a net order value of € 150,00 Euro we ship free of charge.
When shipping to German islands, we also charge an island surcharge of € 24.00 net.
With “express” shipping, additional costs from € 9.40 net are due depending on the delivery time.
In the case of purchased third-party products, the minimum order value is net € 50,00.
Our shipping costs for deliveries with a trade discount are weight-dependent, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You can see the shipping weight for each item on the detail page:

Packages up to 15 kg: € 9,95
Packages up to 30 kg: € 11,50
II. Shipping outside Germany
We deliver to the following countries: All EU-/EWR and EFTA countries.

EU-Zone 1: Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria – Packages up to 2 kg from € 16,00
EU-Zone 2: Denmark, Czech Republic – Packages up to 2 kg from € 17,50
EU-Zone 3: France – Packages up to 2 kg from € 20,50
EU-Zone 4: Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary – Packages up to 2 kg from € 23,50
EU-Zone 5: Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain – Packages up to 2 kg from € 26,50
EU-Zone 6: Estonia, Finland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway – Packages up to 2 kg from € 29,00
EU-Zone 7: Bosnia, Bulgaria, Greece, Iceland, Romania, Serbia – Packages up to 2 kg from € 49,50
III. Shipping outside EU/EWR and EFTA countries
Our shipping costs are weight-dependent, you can see the shipping weight for each item on the detail page:
Switzerland *, Liechtenstein *, Great Britain – Packages up to 2 kg from € 17,50, *plus customs duties
We deliver to individual countries worldwide.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply in individual cases, In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfer by credit institutions (e. g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e. g. customs duties).

B. Payment information
I. Shipping within Germany
For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the detailed product description:

For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the detailed product description:

III. Detailed information on the individual payment options
1. Prepayment via bank transfer
Transfer the invoice amount to one of our specified bank accounts within 7 days. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by email as part of the order processing.
2. Direct debit (SEPA direct debit)
After submitting your bank details and issuing a SEPA direct debit mandate, we will collect the invoice amount from your bank account by direct debit. Please make sure that you send us your bank details correctly during the ordering process and that your account has the necessary coverage. Collection by direct debit takes place when the goods you have ordered leave our warehouse.
3. Delivery on invoice
After receiving the invoice, transfer the amount to be paid by you to us within 14 days to one of our specified bank accounts, stating the transfer intended use.
Transfer intended use: Customer-No./Invoice-No.
C. Delivery time
Unless a deadline is specified in the respective offer, regular delivery within Germany takes place within 1-2 working days.
For EU / international deliveries, regular delivery takes place within 2-5 working days after the contract has ended, in the case of prepayment after the date of the value date on one of our specified bank accounts.
